A great client bought a 55″ top of the line Samsung TV from a big box store 6 years ago, and we installed it for them. At the time Wired 1 Consulting didn’t sell televisions, but we sure do now! Well, after only 6 years the Samsung died! It would not turn on. The repair cost estimates were astronomical, and I suggested that he may be throwing good money after bad. Beside the fact that a new TV would be a 4K UHD set. I recommended a Panasonic THX certified set. He agreed, and we installed the new set. My follow up call was a testimony to the amazing performance of the TV. “The TV works perfectly and the picture is amazing”… we love those kinds of comments!
